China Trip 22/9-26/9
This trip is not too bad yet not too good as well. We arrived in Xiamen at around 1+ and the tour guide (Xiao Lee), which so happen to be the same guide as my last year trip, picked us up from the airport and we depart to JiMei University where there is a memoral hall for Mr Tan Kah Kee.
On the 2nd day of the trip, we head to Nan Pu Tou Shi in the morning and this is the 1st time i climbed to a higher part of the temple. When i was waiting at the meeting point, my bag happen to be resting on a bench that have bird drops. Without knowing, i stained my pants.
After lunch, we went to Gu Lang Yu. I love the place and i was hoping to visit the piano museum again. But some of the aunties in my group was too tired so we did not make a trip there. But i got to try the most famous muachi while those aunties shop for those dried seafood.
Returning to the mainland, we went to a Taibet medical shop which is compulsory for the tour and had some foot massage.
The next morning, we depart from the Hotel at 8.30 and proceed to my relative place in Hu Tou. As i’m the youngest among the group, i have to help them arrange the room and help them out. I enjoyed going there and i always feel the warmth when i’m there. They treat me like close relative and i feel that i’m a part of them.
I enjoyed those delicious food, especially the lunch that my 伯母 cooked for me. It is really home cooked food. It is really sad to say farewell. I can feel my tears rolling in my eyes.
When we reached airport, the scary part begin. 2 of the people in the my group was not able to check in. The airline did not confirm their ticket properly. Luckily, when the time reached, there were still empty seats available. When we touched down in Singapore, 1 of the auntie package went missing. Luckily we managed to get it back today. Anyway, it was really an experience that i do not know whether is a good or bad want.
